On behalf of the Heavenly Paws of Texas Team, please accept our most sincere condolences on the passing of your pet. While in our care, your pet will be treated as though they are one of our own.

At Heavenly Paws of Texas, we strive to honor your pet’s life and bring peace to your loss. Our aftercare team has received your request. To keep you fully informed throughout each step of your pet’s final journey, the following notification emails will be delivered as they occur:

  • Your pet is in route to our aftercare facility
    • Your pet is securely cared for at your veterinarian’s practice until pick up within 1-2 business days
  • Your pet has arrived at our Heavenly Paws of Texas facility
    • After transport, we receive your pet and begin our aftercare steps.
    • At this time we cannot accept any changes to the service of your pet.
  • Your pet is ready to return, per your request:
    • At your veterinarian’s practice
    • Custom order requests will require additional processing time
  • Your pet is enroute to our aftercare facility
  • Your pet has arrived at our Heavenly Paws of Texas facility
    • After transport, we secure your pet and begin our aftercare steps.
    • At this time we cannot accept any changes to the service of your pet.
  • Your pet is ready to return, per your request:
    • At our facility or, shipped/delivered to your home via UPS or Heavenly Paws Team Member
    • Custom order requests will require additional processing time
